These terms govern your use of vincedaostore.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Vince Dao, 7901 4th St N, STE 300, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702. Throughout this document, "we" and "us" mean Vince Dao, and "you" means you, the customer.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

2. Products are made to order

Every product is printed after you order it. This has consequences you should understand before buying:

Production takes time before shipping begins. Estimated timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Product photos are digital mockups. The physical item will be very close but not pixel-identical.
Color, print placement, and garment measurements vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. See our Refund Policy for exactly what is and is not covered.

3. Pricing, availability, and errors

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, add products, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We try to describe everything accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site are error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation. An order confirmation is an acknowledgment that we received your order, not our acceptance of it.

We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or a violation of these terms.

4. Payment and taxes

Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship using the carriers our production partners use. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. That said, we will still file claims and replace orders lost in transit under the terms of our Refund Policy, which is more generous than this clause requires.

You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

6. Fulfillment by third parties

Our products are manufactured and shipped by independent production partners, not by us. Nothing in these terms creates any obligation on your part toward those partners, and nothing about their own policies gives you rights against us beyond what this document and our Refund Policy provide.

7. Your content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other material to us, or tag us in a public post, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the store and its marketing. You confirm the material is yours to license and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We are not obligated to use it, and we may remove it at any time.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the site's operation. We may terminate your access for any of the above.

9. Email and marketing

If you sign up for our email list, you are consenting to receive marketing email from us. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those places, this section applies to the maximum extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this site or any product purchased from it will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we were advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vince Dao and its officers, employees, contractors, and production partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the store. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
