Shipping Policy

Every shirt here is printed after you order it. There is no warehouse. That means there is a production step before anything ships, and it is the part people forget when they wonder where their package is.

The two-step timeline

Your order goes through production first, then transit. Both take time, and the estimates below are separate.

Production is printing, drying, quality check, and packing.

Transit is the carrier moving the box. Transit time starts the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

How long it takes

Our tees come from two production partners, and they work at different speeds. Which one makes your shirt depends on the design.

Over 97% of orders from our main partner ship within 5 business days, and more than half ship within 3.

These are estimates from our partners, not guarantees. Holidays, new releases, and carrier backlogs stretch them. If a design has just launched, expect the longer end.

Orders that arrive in two packages

Some of our designs are made in the USA by one partner. The rest come from another. If your order includes both, it will ship as two separate packages, from two different facilities, on two different timelines, with two tracking numbers.

You will get more than one shipping email. That is not a duplicate and nothing is wrong. Please wait until every tracking number has arrived before telling us something is missing.

You will also be charged shipping for each package, because they are genuinely two shipments. If you want to avoid that, place Made in USA items as their own separate order.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what is in your cart and where it is going. What you see at checkout is the real number.

For a typical US order:

Made in USA shipping is priced by weight, so it climbs as the order grows. Larger orders will show a higher rate at checkout.

Express shipping is available on most of our designs, but not all of them. Where it is offered, US express is $9.99 and a phone number is required, because the carrier needs one for expedited delivery. Express is not available on our Made in USA designs or on a small number of other items. If you do not see an express option at checkout, it is not offered for something in your cart. Express shortens transit time only. It does not speed up production.

Tracking

You will get two emails per shipment. The first confirms we received your order. The second arrives when the package leaves the facility and contains your tracking number.

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it. A number that shows no movement on day one is normal.

If your email address has a typo, you will not receive either message. Check it at checkout.

Addresses

You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers.

If a package is undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we cannot refund it. We can send a replacement to a corrected address, but you would pay for it. If a package is returned because of a carrier error rather than a bad address, we reship at no cost to you.

Email us immediately if you spot a mistake in your address. If production has not started, we can usually fix it.

Delays and missing packages

If tracking has not updated in more than a week, or the package is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us. Check with neighbors and your building's mail room first, because that resolves it more often than you would expect.

Claims for orders that never arrive must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After that our partners will not review them, and neither can we. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
